Reinventing the FAQ.

For years, McDonald’s has struggled with negative consumer perceptions about their food. To dispel the many food myths out there and change perceptions once and for all, we launched a provocative campaign offering Canadians fully transparent answers to all their McDonald’s food questions – even the tough ones.

Canadians can ask their questions on the website and from there, a 10-person response team answers in the form of text, images and one-off videos shot on-the-fly.
